Elena Bruni

Dr. Elena Bruni , Medical Doctor Specialist in Dermatology and Venereology at the University of Milan, is co-founder of Dermatos Specialist Dermatology Center .

Elena has been working for more than 10 years as an outpatient dermatologist performing diagnostic, therapeutic, and patient management of skin conditions.
For years, she worked at the Day Hospital of Dermatology in Via Pace of the Policlinico Hospital in Milan, where she managed the creation, organization, and enhancement phases of outpatient projects such as the Actinic Keratosis and Photodynamics Outpatient Clinic, appreciating, with an important case history, the effectiveness of different therapies for precancerous and cutaneous carcinomas.

At Dermatos, in particular, thanks to National and international specialization and in-depth courses such as the American Academy of Dermatology, she is a referral physician for dermatoscopic screening of skin neoplasms (nevi and skin cancers), with a focus on follow-up and monitoring of lesions at evolutionary risk.
She deals passionately with inflammatory conditions such as acne and rosacea, with a focus on adolescents, establishing direct relationships of trust and empathy with young patients from the very beginning.

Elena has been using ablative or fractionated co2 laser, vascular laser, and alexandrite laser for more than 10 years to treat seborrheic keratoses, solar lentigo, telangiectasias, angiomas, and other skin imperfections, always relying, in part through teamwork with the Dermatos team, on precision diagnosis.

She also deals with aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, biorevitalization, hyaluronic acid infiltration, and botulinum toxin infiltration, always respecting the patient's physiognomy and with an extremely natural full-face approach.
